I know overlap will likely make this undesirable,
But will two players running roaring oppurtunist by pass the cooldown to any extent?

VoidCommander✭✭✭✭✭I haven’t personally tested it. I would think that you could increase uptime by having multiple people run it. Biggest issue is that building around the set as it is now would be a massive dps loss for whoever runs it0 -

The way it worded, I think it's per-person cooldown, and no other instance of RO can affect same person while that person's on cooldown, but I also didn't test that. If it's per-person though, then you probably can't make RO rotation the way you do warhorn rotation.0
