Is there any way to cap the fps on unfocused?

Im very used to play like 2 games at a time, and with eso playing in the background is kind of difficult cause it consumes same resources as if it was focused on that window.

    You can cap the fps in the usersettings file, but I don't think you can have it set dynamically based on which window is in focus.

    To cap frame rate:
    • open UserSettings.txt file from "Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live"
    • search and find the line with "SET MinFrameTime.2"
    • change the value to 1 divided by the max frames you want (e.g. if you wanted to cap at 50 frames: 1 / 50 = 0.02)

    Maybe check your graphics card firmware for an option.
