Is there any way to cap the fps on unfocused?

Im very used to play like 2 games at a time, and with eso playing in the background is kind of difficult cause it consumes same resources as if it was focused on that window.

✭✭✭✭You can cap the fps in the usersettings file, but I don't think you can have it set dynamically based on which window is in focus.
To cap frame rate:- open UserSettings.txt file from "Documents\Elder Scrolls Online\live"
- search and find the line with "SET MinFrameTime.2"
- change the value to 1 divided by the max frames you want (e.g. if you wanted to cap at 50 frames: 1 / 50 = 0.02)

hmmm... OK.
Maybe check your graphics card firmware for an option.
