Tormentor/Tremorscale Bug

Using the tormentor set to tank I am unable to proc the Tremorscale set when I taunt. Using a normal taunt the set price fine but not on the tormentor taunt after pts changes. It is possible other taunt proc sets do not work as well with tormentor and this should be looked into
