Okay to post ESO footage in a livestream musical performance?
My boyfriend is a musician and has been live streaming instead of gigging during this pandemic. I have an ESO character that I made to look like him. So we thought it would be fun to have some footage of his character doing stuff like dancing, playing the lute, fighting a dragon, etc. for some of his green screen background video or break footage. Would this be okay? We don’t want to get hit with a copyright issue. We just thought it would be funny.
I know a lot of people stream and make videos of gameplay, I don’t know if they have to do something in particular to be given permission to do this. I'm very clueless about all of this.
