Unplayable Dungeon Lag

I wasn't experiencing lag out in Southern Elsweyr, but as soon I loaded in to Imperial City Prison for the undaunted pledge, the game just unplayably laggy. Roll Dodge doesn't work, mobs don't attack at all, majority of damage doesn't go off, and abilities have a large delay.

I just tried to run ICP (PC, EU) on Vet for pledge earlier.. also unplayable-y laggy. This level of lag is not present in other dungeons..

I've had to convert to almost exclusively PvE content like ICP because the the performance is infinitely better in PvE land. ICP was a dream compared to cyrodiil yesterday or today in the same time period.

I want to PvP, and it seems like they will never fix PvP until PvE breaks just as badly....and that is a shame.

Cyrodiil I can somewhat understand, but it completely eludes me as to how even a 4-person instanced dungeon can lag too. [snip]?

Yup, experiencing the same. Not just ICP, but about 1 in 3 of the dungeons I enter, more or less. And when it's bad, it's bad for the entire group, not just one player. :-(

I never really understood what all the lag posts were about until last night. I finally experienced it everywhere.

1v1 roaming in cyrodill, away from zergs, was even near impossible. Every fight broke up with no winner. Skills would just not work reliably at all.

Dungeons were a waste of time too, so I moved on to overland PvE and skyshard grinding, stuff like that.

Even just overland public dungeons were laggy as heck.

I get it now guys and gals.

Like, I'm not even 100% sure it's "lag". I was in CoA (solo normal) with 45-50 ping and it was clunky af. It behaved as if it were laggy, but my latency certainly didn't show it.

Prime PC NA hours have def seen more lag in dungeons. I've been trying to no death vMHK for a couple days and lags not helping.

The latency the game reports is off by a minimum of a factor of 2-3 at all times, and it is regularly reporting lag that is 5-10 times lower than actual lag. You can check your actual lag using the cmd promt and run it same time you are running ESO. It really is amazing how much different the numbers are.
