Why are you nerf sth that works well (Perfect Asylum Inferno Staff)

So I would like to comment on the changes that are taking place in perfecr inferno aslum. Great eso society, let's not let the weapon which is one of the most hard to get weaonps in game become completely USELESS. Note that difference between in non perfect and perfect will be virtually unnoticeable, so to me it makes no sense because to get perfect you need to do vAS hm, so its really hard to do, but if you want just non perfect you will need to do normal vAS, there is a colossal difference between these two levels. So what is the point of adding 103 Spell dmg to perfect if it really doesn't change anything, and there will be no point in doing hard made vAS. You lower the level of this weapon to the ground. It seems logical that if you do something really difficult, instead you get something really good, why do you want to change it, why do you not want to start thinking logically ZoS????????

Because the non perfected is so easy to get and the perfected is way harder to get, the difference in damage is also huge. A lot of people cant get it so instead of doing the smart thing and buffing the non perfected they make both useless instead.
Really poor way to treat people who earned the weapon. Finally a bit of diversity in builds that isnt false god+ms/ss and they are having none of it because people who can't put in the work to get it need priority it seems.
