About Armor penetration

Actually, i find it great that ZoS combat team is making armor penetration more important in PvP making dmg oriented build to work "better" with armor pen (because of incredibly high values).

This alone could help lowering crosshealing and even absurdly high self healing.

i personnaly think this could be extended to pve by boosting mobs armor to a higher value (33k?) so that all bonuses granted from 2/3/4 pc sets find a use in magicka builds which have access to the cap without any effort, allowing them to put points in sp/magicka boosting both dmg and heals.

Even if the game actually lacks of alkosh-like magicka Sets not to nerf magicka dmg too much since stam are actually doing better on dummies than mags but well.

I feel like the combat team is heading to this direction and such a behavior could help to make dedicated healers more important in the futur.

    No.

Anyway, this change will not have an impact on cross healing.

And with this change you would make penetration basically the undisputed best stat. So you would stack it as much as you can, even more than now.

well, there is always a better stat and there will always be one.

i dont see any wrong in having a better stat for dmg different than the better stat for heal.
