Where is the promised class balance ?

When Harrowstorm came out, we were told that the next class/skills balance pass would be during Greymoor, and yet still nothing.

Is it still planned for the next patches or did it go to oblivion ?

Everyone should have a Master Crafter class on their account. My Nightblade is superb at sneaking in and getting those crafting nodes and leaving undetected.
