This is a buff of almost 5x the current amount (Zaan already hits incredibly hard rn)... can you imagine the 25% increased damage ring and then minor berserk, major breach, off balance, shock status effect??? You would be between 300,000-400,000 damage in PvE, and 150,000-200,000 damage in PvP IN 6 SECONDS.
Is this balance? Please plug the math into google and verify or do it yourself if you don’t believe me (copy and paste).
If you had to stay in the beam for more than 3 seconds for any reason (such as lag and looking at zerglings running this), you would be toast. Plus this is super unhealthy for PvE too. IMO.
