Feedback: Hawk Eye (Bow Passive) is Inconsistent, Unpredictable, and Unreliable in PVP

Hawk Eye: (WITH A BOW EQUIPPED) Dealing damage with a Light or Heavy Attack increases the damage of your Bow abilities by 5% for 5 seconds, stacking up to 5 times.

The current Hawk Eye passive makes bow skills stronger with each light or heavy attack. The idea behind the design fits fine with most PVE content, where it is often easy to string together light attacks with the bow and make use of the passive by building damage. But in PVP, where enemies frequently break line of sight and don't just mindlessly stand still, this passive becomes inconsistent, unpredictable, and unreliable.

Please consider changing the Hawk Eye passive to something more universally applicable to all game play. Perhaps change the passive to a flat penetration value that would maintain roughly the same total damage output that Hawk Eye currently provides. That would remove the little damage-building mini-game that currently exists, and let archers actually feel more like archers, instead of navigating some weird adrenaline/rage concept that stacks to build power. Also, the existence of a "Hawk Eye" passive would fit the penetration theme well. The archer has keen eyesight that allows them to identify an enemy's weak points in their armor, thus more effectively penetrating the armor.
