Can we please not change Queen's Elegance now that the light attack changes have been reverted

Corrhen_Crangrow
I know this might be a very niche set that almost no one cares much about, but it is the only set in the game at present that offers a % buff to light attack damage. There are a handful of builds for whom this is irreplaceable, and which the changes ruin, these builds are very niche, and a lot of them focused towards allowing casual players and players for whom fast button pressing is impossible due to to disability to be able to do enough DPS to complete comparatively low level content they would otherwise be barred from. The changes do not make the set in any way viable, and simply make it another cost reduction set, a theme already saturated by other sets, and which can be achieved in so many other ways, all while giving a miniscule damage increase.

My suspicion and that of many others is that these changes were made to coincide with the proposed and now cancelled changes to light attack damage, which renders this change meaningless.

This change benefits no one and hurts a small section of the player base, can it please be reverted ZOS?

Agree that niche builds and the sets that allow those niche builds to be viable should be preserved as the players that use these sets may not be the vocal majority but they do pay with their wallets.

There are two explanations for this being changed:

    1. The metaphorical "left hand" does not know what the "right hand" is doing - it is certainly possible as ZOS is known for strange oversights.

    2. They are going to do the LA/HA changes at some point down the road anyway - I lean toward this for multiple reasons, not the least of which is that these changes are also reflected in the new Roaring Opportunist proc conditions which require a 96k Heavy Attack. This is basically impossible to achieve in current normal play but would be much more manageable if and when the LA/HA changes go live.

We often get "out of the blue" nerfs and other wild additions to patch notes in Week 3 and Week 5 of the PTS cycle, so I would be on the lookout next week and then the final week of PTS.
