Vampires are not the only ones targeted by Random Hunter encounters.

Was on pts testing the werewolf or trying it out real quick not yet transformed and suddenly these death priests or something with that name and three of them came out of no wear and knew my character was a werewolf said some anti werewolf remark and attacked.
So if your a vampire or werewolf you will likely run into these mobs in the wilds they randomly spawn I'm guessing at your location so something pups of Hircine should be wary of when Greymoor goes live.
