Vampire Warden Dual Wield Build, 'Cold Blood'

Basically the best part is the element weapon light attack into blood for blood. Use element weapon, then light attack + blood for blood for huge burst damage, which can work for any class. I really like the dual wielding set changes too, helps you stay close and gives lots of free damage %+. Then Bird of Prey gives damage 10%+, and fetcher infection gives 10%+ lol.... There's so much % damage stack on this build that the physical damage from quick cloak actually hurts on full magicka build. Just build some form of penetration, cp and weapon traits, and there's room to throw on a relic or a three piece.

    That's a lot of damage but what's the sustain like?

    Elemental weapon has a history of being very bad in laggy situations but its very effective when the game works correctly. Its slightly cheaper than Force Shock and its morphs but I imagine the stage 4 vampire 20% cost increase is going to mess with it greatly. As for the other abilities I'm not much of a Warden player so I can't say anything really regarding them.

    If you're wearing 7 pieces of light armor that's a 14% magicka ability cost reduction and Dark Elves don't have any racial passives for reducing that cost further. There is also the issue of the vampire lord set at stage 4 making non-vampiric abilities costs 26% instead of 20%.

    Tried it, it's incredibly bad. Sounds good on paper, and in PvE, but in practice, it's incredibly hard to use, and the meta is dizzying swing spam. Nothing you can do about it, and the vampire does not really have any alternative options that make it viable. I've been trying to find something since the pts came out, but everything is bad with vampire. It's disappointing really.
