Cannot leave Dungeon Finder queue

As in the title. I queue for DF, go to a different zone, and then cannot leave the queue. Also, despite waiting like 45-50 minutes, there is no result. Effectively. DF is not working for me and I have not been in a dungeon in the last 4 days.
Opened a ticket 2 days ago, got auto-response "thank you for your feedback". Ticket closed. I still cannot use DF.

Solace1981✭✭✭Yep been broken for a long time. This is one of many issues with group finder. There's nearly 25 threads made about it over the last month+. Absolutely 0 acknowledgement. They quit caring because they no clue how to fix it.0

Hello, @Infixo had this issue many times. i found a personal player based solution, go to any map and try making a huge party (group) more than 4 players. stay in it for few minutes then leave. it worked for me 3 times,
the causes for the bug appears to be when you are on queue and then travel to somewhere or enter a delve or public dungeon the queue gets bugged,
let me know if that works with you. i plan to make a post about this later on so everyone can see it.0 -

Funny thing however is that DF started to have this issue for me like a week ago, just after the event. Seems like the last patch broke it, because before that everything was working good for me.0
