Cool new crown store items, but can we use them?

Ok, so as always new crown store items are stunning and all, good job design apartment
but why the performance of the game is disgusting and keep getting worst all these years (getting worst including in the "2 year performance fix plan")
Is the sum of players who purchase from crown store is so huge that it has to be the main focus of the game?
Like, ok cool.. i purchased a fancy mount for 30$, what's the point if I cant mount up properly or even play the game altogether?
I do not like the fact that everything with action the game currently is pointless performance wise (PvE, PvP, Questing)
but planting fancy mounts in my house have a very short lifespan of a week before the euphoria of purchasing a fancy pixel vanishes,
Why is the game being made for "log in buy stuff and go away until next month" instead of "Play us over the years" ?
