From what I saw when I tested it. It does seem they did put in a female looking variant.
It may look ugly but its also cute and I do love the look for it. Though it does not have wings that is fine. I still think it looks better then the Skyrim Female Vampire Lord because of the ugly but cute factor. Others might not see it this way but well its in the eyes of the beholder.
Sadly for Beast Races or at least khajiit didn't test argonian. Its the same look meaning they didn't add in a unique beast race look. Maybe they will later on but for now there isn't any and like Skyrims Vampire Lords its just gendered. :( Was hoping they would do something unique for the beast races but it seems like they are not doing that.

. They did a very good job with the face for Females and though it does not have wings I think its okay without them. Here is the screenshots for the Female Version of the Form.

    Add a Scribing skill that works like Arcanist beam.

    Veteran players have been alienated and disengaged from Overland since One Tamriel, due to the lack of difficulty, and pushed into dungeons and trials; the minority of content in the Elder Scrolls Online. We can't take the repetition anymore, fix Overland engagement for Vet players. I don't even care if it's not combat related anymore, just make Overland engaging again.

    Overland difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 10 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including One Tamriel, an overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver & Gold as a "you think you do but you don't" - tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game. I'm bored of dungeons, I'm bored of trials; make a personal difficulty slider for overland. Make a self debuff mythic. Literally anything at this point.

    Ye a lizard and a cat that can become werewolves need a special animation for their vampire careers.
    The total absence of rules and the spirit of anything goes in tes gives me so many questions with no answers.

    I took some screenshots of the female form.
    Once I'm able I'm posting them with the main thread post. Then I will see if they did anything with them unless someone else wants to confirm it.

    And that is extremely saddening. Because it'd add something more onto the model that couldn't just be a re skin of the goliath, but I suppose I'm the fool for expecting ZOS to do something creative and more unique.

    No Beast Race Models from what I can see.

    However I do think its likely better they didn't give them wings and here is why.
    Because I'm sure it would be more difficult to animate a flight animation.
    Meaning the wings would just be cosmetic.
    Plus it goes to show while we do have a vampire like transformation which is neat looking.
    We are not actually Volkihar like Vampire Lords. But a unique variant and that is pretty neat in of itself. I do think they did a great job with the female blood scion.
    It looks nice without the wings though it may be ugly but cute in its own way.

    One of my friends took the time to take a picture of the female version of the form. Not the best picture on planet earth but ZOS listened and added it. Or they always planned to add it. Either way its good news.

    The one I took is the bat one.
    I didn't take one of the other Morph the one with the Stage five effect.
