Trader Kiosk Bids Not Processing on PCNA?

We can see we lost 9 bids, we have one pending. It looks like the final step of the flip didn't happen?

It seems that everyone stayed on the kiosk they had, even if their winning bid was somewhere else?

Edit: Also, we're unable to place bids for next week.

Here we are a week later and still there's a lag issue with the bids. Typically, when our guild doesn't get a trader we hunt for one and know to stop approximately 10 min after the hour.

With the lag in trader reset/issue, what is the time now? How long do we have to hunt for a trader?

Is this issue going to be fixed? Traders are supposed to change at 6p Pacific.

Yes, we could really use an update about this from ZOS. I know it's unusual for it to be PC-NA that's having problems rather than PC-EU, but it's just as stressful for the Guildmasters and Officers regardless of which server it is.

This week we were lucky and got the in-game mail saying that we had won our Trader bid pretty much on the dot of 9pm, so we knew we had a trader somewhere. Last week the mail said that we had lost all 10 bids, and with the flip occuring so late, it was pure luck that another GM found an empty spot at 9.17pm.
