Create Perfected / imperfect gear system.
Roll it out onto Arena.
Roll it out onto Older trials.

Then Bam. Coming to a crown store near YOU. 5000 Crown - Upgrade an existing non perfected item into a perfected version! One use per item. EZ PEAZY

Not P2W if you can loot it!

    best in slot: is the armor, weapon, clothing look, pet, or no pet, jewelry, race, class, skill choices, amount of DPS, and skin color best fit to you and the way you wish to play and makes you feel good and performs what YOU think it should be.

    worst in slot: what you read in zone chat, and forum comment, and forum thread, and you tube video, and live streamer advice, and class rep advice, and guild chat advice, and whisper told you to wear, and use for skill, and dress like, and use for weapon and armor.

    Here's my salespitch: Perfected overland gear.

    At some point in time on a zone (similar to vamp/ww spawns) a special world boss pops up on a random area. Players band together to kill it, they get a chance of getting a piece of perfected gear from one of the zone's overland sets.

    ZOS have already put skill lines up for sale, so I guess anything is on the table at this point. Probably just a matter of time.

    Except that with skill lines it's more the convenience of not having to grind it again. Because you first have to earn it on (at least) one character before you can purchase it on any other characters.

    Well, I wouldn't buy things like Skyshards. I love hunting them on every alt. And no, I'm not ever going to get the Cyrodiil and IC ones on anyone, so *shrug*.

    I might be tempted by the FG one though. MG is super simple to complete. FG is too much killing of garbage mobs - and I have zero interest in dolmens. If I ever get one character on each account on both PC megaservers to FG level 10.... yeah.... Though IIRC, it's however many crowns for every character. So.... maybe not. I have better things to do with crowns.

    Housing. Mounts. Costumes. Non-combat pets. Furnishings.... Crates, unless they're something I won't ever buy - Scalecaller, New Moon, Xanmeer, Hollowjack.... and especially Gloomspore. Ick.
