Still waiting for a reply from the support team, but I had bought the gloam wolf right before going on hiatus. I just started playing again recently and noticed my gloam wolf is no longer there and I have a mount that was only available during times I wasn't playing, the new moon senche. So question is, has this ever happened to you, just a random mount swap? I didn't even think that would ever be a possible occurrence.
