I would hardly say pay to win but slightly stronger than some in correct hands. Difference is not that massive if on both ends is capable player.

They kind of "have" to keep it slightly more powerful to sell it.
No one would buy to play it if was trash and ZoS cares only about money. Just be thankful it is not level of asian pay to win..

What a well-reasoned and fleshed-out essay you've written! It is now crystal clear why and how Necros are overpowered. This has been an eye opening to me and many others as well! If only ZOS could communicate as well as this, then we wouldn't have any problems in this game at all!

It's not because it's short that it's false. And people giving arguments arent listened more than the other doing shot messages. I did many long messages, now i'm doing a short one.

Necro needs a little nerf.

I agree with you and I will keep repeating that till ZOS either buffs base game classes that are underperforming, or nerfs Necro a bit.

Also, Necro is the direct reason why ZOS nerfed NB that much last year. They wanted to push sales of Necro, so they nerfed the most similar (power fantasy) base game class.
