Dungeon Finder, New Glitch

When I queue for a dungeon, the timer starts and if someone declines the queue (if that is what`s happening, maybe the finder kicking off) it shows on the screen that i`m not queued. So I go to leave the queue and it won`t stop so I have to log out and back in. Even though the timer is going, I can wait for hours and still not get in the dungeon.

Definitely not new. Happened to me a couple of weeks ago, and a couple of weeks before that. The only thing that has ‘fixed’ it is to wait for a server reboot. IMO, when it’s in this state you’re not actually in the queue. You can log a support ticket but it will likely be ignored as mine have been, including my follow up emails to ZOS. It’s apparently not important enough to permanently fix.

Yep, same here. I get a "Ready Check" notification and then I'm stuck. I can't accept or decline the ready check and, more annoying, I can't leave the leave or join queue. Totally busted

I haven't been able to queue up for a single dungeon in the past 24 hours. The timer starts, and just never pops. Couldn't leave the queue without logging out. Even got a group of 4 from my guild together and the queue refused to pop, plus half of us couldn't leave the queue and had to log out(regardless of who had group lead).

I guess the game just doesn't want me to run dungeons anymore

This has happened to me over the last few days. My healer characters wait in queue for 30 mins+ for either a random or specific normal/vet dungeon and never pops. You then can't leave the queue. You have to relog and reset it but still doesn't work. Some of my other characters can't even select a dungeon or random one, it never confirms. It started with my warden healer, i would join for one of the daily pledges. I would queue up, I would get a notification I got a group, but only in the notification menu. Would accept, the timer at 00, but never seemed to accepted. Eventually would go ready check and stay there. You would not see the 4:icons,. After about 10 mins it would say waiting for 4 players... Would never get in dungeon, quite frustrating

Wow, I didn`t know it was going on until it happened to me. They removed the auto confirm probably thinking that it was the problem but "ESo that`s not the problem" so can you fix it. Pretty please!!!!

Posting information about these problems in the forum is helpful to inform other players of the bugs, particularly because ZOS, lacking any positive news to announce in the matter, are staying silent about it.

Just don't expect any particular impact from asking politely (or rudely, for that matter) once more for them to fix this. The buggy and sometimes completely broken state of the dungeon finder is a problem that is destroying the reputation of their game, and it simply has to be at the top of their action list already if they have any sense of priorities. The sad fact that they have still not been able to fix it is not encouraging. I am still hopeful, but my hope is waning.

I very much enjoy playing this game - when it works. Sadly, I've seen less and less of that over the past few weeks.
