Spectating in the Battlegrounds [Requested Feature]

I love the battlegrounds. It's got glory, but it's missing another key component to competition. GOLD.
We should be able to spectate on matches in the Battlegrounds and bet on teams to earn a bit of gold. In addition maybe allow players to bet on themselves in the battleground to raise the risk and earn a bigger reward. I imagine there should be a gold cap per match, or a total amount you can earn per week.
My example scenario is that voting for the winning team awards 160% of the gold you bet, second place awards 130%, and 0% for the losing team.
