Second social mute i take in less than a month

I was playing my PvP today, just as use to do and then when I go out of Cyrodiil and tried to buy something in a guild trader... BANG! I can't... this is the second time this happens this month, why is this happening? I didn't break any rules while playing, this is annoying me.
