Under Water/Boat Travel?

I suppose this would be more for RPers/PvE'ers and I'm sure there has to be tons of work put into this to work but I just wanted to toss a suggestion. Is it possible to add some under water diving, exploring, delvs, etc? I think it'll make the game so much more better to just be able to dive in, plus the store could make some money on swim wear Personally from other games I've played, whenever being able to dive down into the ocean/ponds/etc made the game so more realistic/fun for me.

What about boat travel? Maybe an instance like housing but for boat pvp/pve or just plain travel, this could bring much desired pirate Roleplay as well as give us PvPers something new to do. It's probably too much to ask but hey we can all dream right?

These are two things I'd personally love to see, feel free to comment or even give some idea's you'd have for boats or water activities.

Would be nice! Same goes for Flying Mounts. BDO has the boat travel and underwater part. Wish ESO did.

It'd be really cool but relegated to certain areas like the Abecean Sea due to how Tamriel is shaped and trade routes work. Also if they did this it'd have to have a serious redesign of how travel works between zones unless they cheat and make it like Pirates of the Caribbean Online where the sailing is a different zone entirely. As for underwater content they'd have to add things like chests and stuff or just a general reason to go underwater. If you don't put anything down there having the ability to swim under the waves is rather worthless. Now if they somehow added sailing and ships like in Archeage, where its physics based and there are 0 load screens, I'd play no other game.

New kinds of loot in the murky depths, underwater content and mechanics, and buffs to argonians OwO

New furnishing recipes for creating ponds and aquariums would be the bees knees, as well.
