Set that summons a red ghost?

Recently I saw a red ghost similar to this one appear in Cyrodiil in a fight between two large groups of players. Or at least I think I saw it as I'm not 100% sure since I was concentrated on the fight and only noticed the ghost 'retroactively' so to speak. As in I saw it but didn't really think about it until several seconds later and by that time it was already gone.
I'm pretty sure it wasn't an NPC/monster and afaik there's no skill that summons a red ghost like this in any of the skill lines. So I assume it might have been a set effect similar to other sets that summon a Hunger, a Daedroth, etc. However, I cannot find any mention of a set with this effect either, so I thought I'd ask here.
Is there actually a set that summons a red ghost or was I just seeing things lol?

Cactus_Back✭✭✭This might be the lingering trap that Nightblades can place. It is the other morph of their fear; Mass Hysteria.
I've just tested that skill and it doesn't look exactly like what I think I saw but I guess it's similar enough to look like a ghost to me during a fight with lots of visual effects. Either way, thanks for the suggestion!
