Go for a walk if you are allowed, search some easter eggs with the kids, take a bubble bath, a nap, cook something nice, wash the dishes... keep calm and carry on.

I'm not a Christian and don't celebrate Easter, but it's still a national holiday in the UK so I'm off work and since I can't go and see my family like I normally would I'd really like to be able to play ESO.
But like various people have said they're only concerned about the US, which if I remember correctly is one of the countires with the fewest national holidays (where people get the day off work, not random stuff like 'national cat appreciation day) in the world.
It does make it kind of annoying that the maintenance is timed to be minimally disruptive to people in the US (presumably requiring their staff there to get up in the middle of the night to carry out the work) when the majority of players there will be carrying on as normal for a Monday and covers most of the morning-early afternoon in Europe where players will have the day off and would quite likely be online if they could. InaMoonlight✭✭✭✭✭It's been on mondays for as long as I can remember, and I've played since beta - unless it was an emergency. Guess they at the start checked out when LEAST people were on, and went for that.
I wouldn't appreciate it being moved to random days at this point. I've finally learned to come to expect it on Mondays
They're being consistent, and by it being at the same time every time, people know to expect it, and plan around it.

Well, if the preparing of those meals also happened in the US, your argument may be valid. But since Australia prepares the meals themselves (at least I hope so), whereas they don't do their own server maintenance...
Last official information said the European server is in Europe. So the technicians will work on a holiday. Which isn't exactly viewed as necessary in the EU. -

As it is a patch maintenance it will be done remotely - most likely no one has to work on it in europe to get it done. -

there is nothing to control physically - that is just a software update. Watching the server LEDs blinking doesn't help there. When you download a game you do as well not have your screw driver in your hand just in case - that would be just silly. -
