vMA werewolf issue - round 6

Hi all,

Is there anyway to turn off the werewolf feed synergy? I am trying to get through round 6 of vma and I kill the hoarvers but then cannot throw the grenade because the feed synergy interferes. Obviously, someone did not think this through well at ZOS.

Please let me know if anyone has determined a workaround.

Thank you,

These best workaround, @csbeau1969, is actually following the way the Round 6 mechanic is intended.

Which is guiding the hoarvors to each pillar and then killing them (thus cleansing the pillar).

Using the grenade should be the last resort ... as there's too much going on with the other mechanics to effectively focus your aim on the pillar.

the bodies do eventually dissolve and only the synergy for the hoarver is left but as mentioned above, leading them to the pillar is the best option.

for that I have found that just one pounce won't kill the hoarver but will draw its aggro, allowing you to pounce to another target nearest a pillar.

    hope this helps

Vampire feed can be disable with addon. You should look for if there is one for ww.

The only bad part is unlike vampire, werewolf actually needs to devour.

Actually, you don't even need to attack the hoarvor, @Kilcosu.

You just need to be right next to it to draw aggro.

Something good to know going in ... because the hoarvors are fragile and die easily.

@Taleof2Cities you have very kind hoarvers in your runs then lol, I swear those jerks know what side I'm on and proceed to wander the other side.

still nice thing about the werewolf toolkit is it's easy to pounce back and forth, so it's never *really* a big deal. that's good info though!

That may be because WW is fast. Whenever I run past a hoarvor on a speed build, there is a chance they fail to notice me and they keep going on their original route.

To2C is suggesting moving near the hoarvers which means you are on the same side as them. Then go to where you want them.

At that, if you are that close to them then just tap them and then move to the node you want to cleans and finish them off.

@idk tapping a hoarver with a berserker werewolf build light attack will definitely kill the hoarver with bleed damage, before you get to the webbed pillar you want.

pouncing the hoarver however does not apply bleed damage, adds to your werewolf timer (if feral pounce) and allows quick travel to a from the hoarver to the pillar.

hopefully all this helps OP with his WW vMA runs
