day 13 of dungeon queues bug still not fixed...
Shame on ESO to celebrate their 6th anniversary with this major core gameplay bug not fixed. many account are still unable to queue for dungeons and have missed too much exp already during the last 13 days.
on customer support ticket your team acknowledged knowing about this issue and still ignored fixing it. what a disappointment.

Solace1981✭✭✭Haha 13 days eh? Try years. That vid isn't even half the issues with group finder, even though that is a bug I've experienced many times. Have to relog to be able to leave queue. Countless times as me, a tank, in queue with a healer for pledges 30+ minutes no pop or how about the one where you get a pop and it goes straight to notifications with 0 seconds remaining and still can't accept it. There was even a time when if you spammed the check mark in notifications, it would log you out. Haven't seen that one in a few weeks though. I'm sure I'm missing a few others. This is probably the 20th+ thread over the last few months about the broken group finder with absolutely zero acknowledgment from ZOS. It's not ever getting fixed. Trust.0

Solace1981✭✭✭Lol just now, leveling a NB, as a tank for fast queue times and getting my dungeon skill points, I was in queue for about 8 minutes for a dungeon I unlocked from leveling up (Blackheart Haven), figured I would just knock it out real fast for the skill point. I leave queue and re-queue and I instantly get a pop. I accept it, then it throws me out of queue and I have to wait a couple minutes to re-queue again. I completely forgot about this one so ya can add that one to the list as well.0

Malkiv✭✭✭✭✭Healer and Tank duo sitting in queue for a NORMAL Darkshade II, and waited almost 2 hours total time. We tried breaking up group, relogging, reinviting, requeueing with group still intact, other person invites and queueing, and none of it worked. Each time we'd stay in queue 20-25 minutes. Nothing. Then we queued for a normal random, just hoping we'd get lucky enough to get her old Pledge dungeon. We were talking in Discord and were waiting so long that she auto-logged. I hit quit.
