Southern elsweyr map issue.(topal hideaway island)

You can see the topal bay with south elsweyr to the west and black marsh on the east side. Cyrodiil to the north.
And in the bay is the island that hold the topal hideaway house.
But when you zoom into the southern elsweyr map you can see the whole bay, the edges of the eastern side. But no topal hideaway. That entire island is just missing from the maps waterspace.
Why would they have such a big oversite!?!?!

✭Edit never mind after intense inspection I now see the island is on the edge of the map and that's not black marsh like I though0
