There are currently two bugs going around, they are making no deaths/trifectas much harder to get.
March Of Sacrifices
Currently on the Indrik boss you can not enter stealth. This ruins both no death runs & mist walker trophies.
Moon Hunter Keep
Currently on Hard Mode Vykosa, when the warden does the rune mechanic only 3 runes are visible until she starts doing damage to anyone not in a rune. As is there is not enough time to get to the bugged rune once it's revealed.
