help needed getting my account re-activated

I have recently submitted a ticket asking the elder scrolls support team to help me with resetting my account because I do not know what the answer to my security question.
I would like to know if anybody knows how I can go and see the status of my open ticket request or is this something that I would be able to do after I log into my ESO account?
I guess that they do not have an actual phone number where I can talk to a real person but they only have help requests submitted online?

    Since you submitted a ticket there is not a living soul except if it is a employee or mod that you can ping to help you out, and can assist you, not like we have access to tickets or your account. You should get all ticket updates on your email, so make sure you reply to those.

    Thanks for the reply and after I submitted the request I will not get an email about that ticket until the support team updates the ticket? So I just wait for them to work and resolve it right because I did not get any email which informed me that the ticket is open? I have checked in my inbox and junk folder for anything but have no email yet.
