help needed getting my account re-activated
I have recently submitted a ticket asking the elder scrolls support team to help me with resetting my account because I do not know what the answer to my security question.
I would like to know if anybody knows how I can go and see the status of my open ticket request or is this something that I would be able to do after I log into my ESO account?
I guess that they do not have an actual phone number where I can talk to a real person but they only have help requests submitted online?
