I sent a lot of the boxes from the event (both the Paladin ones and the Sai Sahan/Lyris/Cadwell etc ones) to my second account to store them and they never reached it. I double checked if I typed the right account name. I also turned of all addons in case it was related to that and relogged multiple times. I sent the first boxes about 3-4 hours ago and the last ones about 30min ago and have 0 new mail on my account (again, all addons off).
I am talking about a good 20+ mails with thoses motif in there.
If a support member wants to approach me to ask for the @names of the accounts in question then I am happy to provide that information (just don't want to write my 2nd account name publicly), if not the maybe this is something to look into in general
