Is Troll King bugged?

The purpose of this pole is to confirm and objectively answer my question of "Is it just me? Or is it my build setup?".

Problem:
The 2 pc set bonus (1.4k HP regen) does not proc/trigger when I heal myself at 49% to around 35% HP. It'll only trigger below 35% HP somehow.

Background:
My char is a stamDK running 6 Heavy and 1 Medium armour.

Any thoughts? Debunks? Kindly provide an objective answer with the poll choice so I can make a proper /bug or bug forum report. Much appreciated.

When you heal yourself or an ally, if they are still below 50% Health, their Health Recovery is increased by 1548 for 10 seconds. This means, if you heal yourself at 49% hp up to 51% health you will not proc troll king you have to heal from below 50% hp to below 50% hp. Examples are 48 to 49 or 1 to 49. If you heal from 35% to 51% health, troll king wont proc.

Interesting. I tried to heal myself with vigour at 49% to 35% HP (as per explanation in the first post) but it doesn't proc at all. I did this by dropping myself from the top floor Cyro keep to the ground. Also did this when in combat but it did not proc.

Ah right, now I understand (I think). To reliably proc it, means I will have to heal myself 2 times in a row while below 50% HP? Am I getting this right?

My only confusion is why vigour can't proc it since it heals every second and my HP is still increasing well below 50%. Thanks for your time, Daffen.

Just like Daffen said, you or an ally need to be under 50% Health still, even after getting a Heal.

You don't have to use a Heal several times for it to work, when you are under said percentage, as Trollking has a 100% proc chance if the Requirements are there.

It might have not worked with Vigor duo to the Cooldown if you just tried to activate beforehand and managed to. Or you maybe activated it on someone else?😊
