The only house that you can get from the Jubeliee boxes is the Enchanted Snow Globe Home since its the only one that can fit.
As for mounts or pets in boxes... ZOS does not want trouble with PETA.1 -

I think you mean with the dungeon event where group finder ussualy does not work.... Those sometimes drop houses etc..... Can't recal aniversary boxes ever dropping them0 -

✭✭Best drop I had was Worm Cult greaves and only once. 90% of the time I get trash loot. So I gave up farming jubilee boxes and now I will only take those from crafting writs and daily pledges, which is around 10 daily. Not gonna waste hours of my life for 20 rubedo leather and pewter ounces.0 -

Don't know if the Legs are rare, but they were the last to drop for me after getting Dups of almost everything else. I have since stopped farming the Boxes other than a few here and there.
