Two new (to me) daily sacrament bugs

I used to do the DB daily sacrament quests every day but haven't in a while. Upon doing them again this week, there are two new bugs.
1. Often the blue detection radius of a lantern-carrying NPC won't appear unless you cycle crouching -- which is not a good idea in stealth missions. Note: This bug can occur in any stealth missions, not just DB Sacraments.
2. About half the time, the target NPC does not have the DB Hand icon floating over his head. This requires you to identify him by targeting so you can see his name. Not a huge deal but certainly adds some difficulty to the mission, especially if you're used to looking for the hand.
