Has anyone tested this set on PTS?
It may not be the best set ever but it can certainly speed up an execute phase for boss fights. Also even higher cleave damage from Reverse Slice. I’d Imagine a Stam Necro wearing Perfected Lokke+Kvatch Gladiator would hit some huge numbers in execute range.
And on a side note it would be greatly appreciated if Magicka users could finally get a set already
from Tzogvin’s, to Aegis Caller, to TFS, to others too. Magicka is still stuck with Mother’s Sorrow (or the crafted NMA ofc). I’m glad my Stam aren’t using Leviathan lol
Kvatch Gladiator: This set now increases your Weapon Damage against targets under 25% health by 1475, rather than increasing your Weapon Damage with Light and Heavy Attacks against targets under 25% health by 1800.

The buff is certainly good, especially in PvP this set will be quite useful, but for PvE it won't be used. The reason being that it doesn't matter how good your execute damage is if you can't reach execute phase because your dps is too low.This Bosmer was tortured to death. It’s still nice to have. If I’m helping a group which doesn’t have many necros/has low execute phase damage, I can speed it up myself with this set. 1475 base Weapon Damage is insane lol.
Lokke’s Major Slayer+Kvatch+1x Phys Pen+1x Weapon Crit+3x Bloodthirsty+Dawnbreaker buff+Berserker Enchant = 170k+ Executioners? Idk. I’d like someone to test it

Pop any AOE pulsing Ultimate centered on yourself -> Gap Close -> Turn Evil -> Spin to win

✭✭✭Just FYI, not sure if Kvatch has *actually* been updated. On PTS the tooltip still states that the buff only applies to light and heavy attacks.
Haven't done enough tests to say if that's just a failure to update the tooltip or if the set didn't actually get updated.2 -

This is exactly why I dropped it for PVP when it granted the buff for light attacks. Light weaving Poison Injection at range with Hawkeye stacks was very effective on low health targets. That’s lame
I’d appreciate you testing it if possible. Should be able to tell if you light attack a Target Skele from 26% Health to 24% Health. If there was a huge jump in your damage then it’s working despite the incorrect tooltip. 0
