More immersive messages like in the other elder scrolls

]Could someone make and addon that changes "you can't use that door right now" to "the door is locked" or something like how it was in the other TES? And like "this creature is immune" because you already stunned. That does not mean it is immune, it means it has a cooldown. Big bosses are immune and thats okay. But just because I stunned a scamp and use the skill again does not mean it is immune. So change the message to something else like, You have to wait until you can stun again or something. It is not really immersion but these messages just make no sense.
