Could not load news

Hello. Since the new update (patch25?) my launcher never loads the news giving me a message "Could not load news" after some time. I tried reisntalling the game, even steam. Repair didn't seem to help either. I have no issues when I log in, just the new's feed. Any ideas on how to fix it?
