Depends on what content you're doing. Cyrodiil is only playable if you're a complete masochist. I've heard trials are bad as well.

If you look better you will find discussions that suggest powerful builds to survive overland content.
If however lag gets the better of you in overland content (which doesnt happen so often, as all these crazy people complain) you can log in with your 8 toons and craft decorating items and see if you can outplay yourself in decorating the new houses for $$.

I am just waiting for the day where you run around in overland and need 10 seconds for each skill to activate with greyed out bar otherwise and if you click just 0.3 times a second, you get kicked for spamming abilities.
