Trial Dummy-Breech/Fracture

Hi,

Does the trial dummy have major Fracture/breech applied to it automatically or do you have to apply it yourself while parsing?

Automatic. I'm assuming you mean the iron atronach (21 Million HP) and not the actual trial dummy (52 million I think?).
