Anyone else getting a "UI Error" whenever they press '/' ?

I get a "UI Error" anytime I press the '/' key, like when I want to enter the command line, like "/sit" or "/logout". Since the last update, all addons seem to be out-of-date, but everything continued to work until the latest Windows 10 update. I have "Allow outdated addons" selected. So the game is currently unplayable.

We recommend removing your add-ons one by one to help determine which add-on is causing the UI error.
