Summerset Main story

So I am playing thru the summer set Main story. I am in "lost in translation" quest and Darien says he knows his father but not his mother. Meridia saved him and made him her golden knight, he heals fast, and there were a couple more things in the dialogue that makes me think that Meridia is his mother. I would like to know what other people think about this. Is it just me or did anyone else think this?

Well, that would make for an interesting and unique twist. Since in the soul shriven / planemeld quests, Darien is ready and willing to full on cheesy romance novel on Meridia.

I don't remember all the dialogs and it is too time consuming to look all screenshots now, but Umaril was likely the son of Meridia, so it is not impossible.
