Price of greymore upgrade (Xbox)

Pre purchase, the 2 prices offered were 54.99 and 74.99 . This seemed horrific!
A bit more drilling on Xbox store showed the upgrade is 34.99 - but this is still 15 more than morrowind or summerset was

Am I missing something (all prices gbp)

Those are the prices.

For EU it is 39.99 Eur for digital upgrade and 54.99 Eur collectors digital upgrade (For PC).
