I want to give a shout out to my recent PuG

To the guys and gal on Xbox One NA I PuGed with the other day through Unhallowed Grave and Icereach, you guys were great.

When I hopped on Mic and asked if you wanted to come with me so I could show you guys the secret bosses in Unhallowed you were on board all the way, (except for that first Tank that ran ahead and refused to listen). But hearing you guys actually appreciate my help in showing the way, bearing with my most likely poor run down of Mechanics for each Boss, and being friendly the entire time, you guys rock. I'm happy to have helped you lot get your Knock Knock achievement as well as Harrowstorm normal clears. I normally stay silent during PuGs with only piping up in text chat a little but I took a chance and you guys were great. The game needs more of you, (and more confidence from me).

For a minute I thought this was my pug I did vUG with, but then you said "Tank who ran ahead and refused to listen" fortunately my group did not have that.

Oh yeah I haven't tried Vet yet, though I don't think I'd have that much trouble with it since having four people with all dedicated roles in normal was a breeze. I should try a vet run next, though maybe wait until it's a Pledge.

My first ever run there was ruined by some *** tank who was just running ahead through all the secret tunnels and trying to get to the secret room quickly, despite everyone else saying in group chat it's our first time here.

Which resulted in people getting left behind and lost. So we kicked the idiot. In a whisper he babbled something about not owing us anything then i promptly blocked him. We ran it again at our own pace and it was quite enjoyable.

It is much more enjoyable taking your time. My favorite moment of my group was the Healer calling the leap of faith to the first secret boss a "butt puckering" jump.

As one who enjoys Tanking, the Tank should run ahead to agro and gather up the trash mobs so the DDs can burn them down. But of course not so far ahead that the DDs use up their Stamina catching up.

Also, the tank should be the first to engage, then position the boss as needed, before the DDs start their rotations.

Frequently in pugs the DDs are running ahead and engaging things early and in a incoherent pattern. Really, if you give me 10 or 15 seconds, i will arrange all the trash on a nice 15 meter platter for you to feast on. Or i will seduce the boss and develop a love hate codependent relationship so it can only focus on me.
