So, I can't name anyone clearly, since thats against the rules, but I've had to report some idiot in game becuase I saw he was in a dungeon as WW form as tank role, and so I kindly gave him advice that he should probably not use WW form once he gets to vet dungeons and DLC, his response is clearly the only thing anyone should do when given helpful and friendly advice-

It was real life type racism. in game Racism can be accounted for with RP reasons depending how the player words the comments they could easily be in character.

I simply just do my best to work with the team I have or quit the dungeon if it gets bad. I don’t pug vet dungeons though, I will always get a group from guild for dailies or gear farming. Bow/Bow builds are not only viable, they are powerful done right, even after the trapping webs nerf.
If someone is only spamming light attack, thats a problem with the player being an idiot, and not much to do with actual build.Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. I've gotten a almost pure LA bow/bow build to 25k DPS (only adding volley/clannfear into the mix). And that's still better DPS than 40% of the people I run into in a random vet though not always bad. Only using crafted sets of course because I was not about to farm for that silly experiment. (Didn't have a monster set either.)
But yeah anyhow I've seen someone create an actual tank WW build but this guy was likely not using it, so sorry you ran into it but you can at least report him for the full on slur and shouldn't need screenshots if it occurred in-game.
I'd say 50% of people take advice in stride, 40% pretend like they already knew that, and 10% end up like what you encountered. Sucks but some people really can't just accept that others want them to get better at the game even if it's for selfish reasons.1 -

I never was really bullied when I was younger but I'd confront them whenever I saw them bullying someone else and would always say "I feel so sorry for you because you feel so bad about yourself" or something similar. Usually ended up with the "bully" either mad or crying their eyes out.

Many prefer to learn as they go. Seeking advise as they go, only seeking it when they only ask for it. Which is common for many people (more kin to hands on learning with a very specific tunnel vision / carrot on a stick style.)
Thus, cause they are focused on theirselves, will often see any and all advise given that they didn't ask for as...completely unsolicited and unjustified
So in their mind set, you engaged them with ill-intent and they defended... poorly defended, but defended what they felt was working for them until being interrupted by a bystander.
As for the racism and insults. Jackasses gonna be jackasses no matter what. Some mask it better then others.

Sounds like a cheater (fake tank) reacting when called out as a fake.
Cheaters sometimes get hostile to make you back down, or get defensive to deny they are cheating.
Since he can't deny he cheated in as a fake role, maybe he was trying to cow you so you won't initiate a kick.

Oh the nice days when everyone in WoW was normal then all of a sudden, thats when the COD type players came in.
Anyways as I believe people have the right to say what they want, you can do 3 things, talk about and reverse troll them and make sure you get deep into there heads, and the other is just simple ignoring them. Then lastly, in this situation you could have easily petitioned a kick, in which most likely no one wants a werewolf tank, if that doesnt work just leave and find a new team.
It really isnt hard to group up by que.

because it's not. you're bound to encounter a few *** heads in game, I've had my own encounters with such people, spreading rumors and so on. best you can do is report them and block them

Please bug report that. They claimed to have addressed the issue where you could still see someone on your Ignore list in group chat with Dragonhold. ZOS evidently agreed that seeing that in group chat defeated the purpose of the Ignore list — but they need to ensure that their coding is consistent with their intentions.
