[PS4][NA] So what's the deal with Greymoor for PS4?

It's been two months now. I would like to pre-order before all my March & April bills come rolling in and I run out of discretionary income. Nothing but silence. It's been especially cutting since the update changed the load screen to Greymoor. Can we get an explanation for the delay at least?

Even if that's the case, not telling us why at all and just being silent about the whole thing is leaving a sour taste. I usually defend the game but one third of the playerbase not being able to order what everyone else has, and having no explanation for it isn't sitting well with me. I usually snap up a chapter pre-order as soon as it's available but my enthusiasm is waning for this one. It's really a shame.1 -

Oh I agree. This being kept in the dark is highly disheartening. Especially posting that on social media and there's no other word of it anywhere else. The only reason I found that post was googling 'Greymoor pre-order PS4' and it was actually a comment from Elder Scrolls Online Official to another person asking about it. ✭If you try to ask Sony/PlayStation about it on any social media they just don't respond. Maybe they got tired of being blamed for all the crashes too2 -
