Packet loss and ping spikes - just me?

To go with the ZOS-induced framerate loss that U25 brought me, I'm now seeing huge pings spikes. My ping is typically 60-80 but I'm seeing periodic spikes of 600-999. Pinging the server a few times also showed me with 25% packet loss. I'm assuming this is something on my end but wanted to see if anyone else is experiencing this as of tonight. Game was fine most of the day but this started at around 4:00 EDT and is now unplayable.

✭Not just you. It's been pretty bad. I failed a no-death of Unhallowed grave because the game froze and then crashed. We still got the speedrun on that try... A lot of abilities not firing. Random freezes then catch up. etc...PC - EU - France - AD

As in just happening today or it's been happening since the patch.
As bad as my framerate has been since U25, my ping has remained steady until this afternoon.

I have that too for a few days now. And I don't know why. We have a new internet connection at home now but it is 10 times faster than before so it should work. But O have pink spikes to 999+ and game freezes for some seconds and then work again but unplayable in pvp.

colossalvoids✭✭✭✭✭Had issues since January and yet to see any helpful word from a support, being chatting for months. Had around 200-300 ping with 600-999 spikes at evenings up until midnight and as tracing to pc eu megaserver shown it has nothing to do with my isp at all. Norm was around 70-90 before and now 90-120 is a blessing really.
