Who the heck is Roguzog?

https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Roguzog for reference. He has both dialogue on whether you have met him or not before yet I cannot remember meeting him. none of the wikis have a location recorded on where he is met previously.

Roguzog is an Orc visitor to Summerset Isle who can be found near the northwest gate into Alinor, just south of the entrance to the Alinor Outlaws Refuge.
He has embroiled himself in an altercation with the High Elf noble Lirendel who, after having insulted Roguzog, refuses to duel on the basis he doesn't know the dueling customs of the Altmer. Roguzog asks for your help in resolving the situation.
I've run into him there various times, but that's not the sort of quest I'm interested in....

I mean where he is found previously. his dialogue implies that you can meet him in some other place outside of summerset yet I do not even remember meeting him. -

✭Nope, I was wrong haha. That Orc's name is Skordo. I know I've seen the guy you're talking about before, though. I recognized him from another quest line, but for the life of me can't remember which one. ✭✭I believe the character was Skordo to start with but the devs decided to change its identity to Roguzog some time before Summerset was released. Maybe because it doesn't fit Skordo's repeat requirement of needing to be rescued whenever we meet him in a new zone.
My evidence the character is Skordo:
1) It uses Skordo's voice.
2) I went through my characters and checked which ones got the "Hey, stranger..." dialogue, and which ones got the "That gutless High Elf..." dialogue.
By a process of elimination, based on the zones and questlines my newer characters have done, to get the "Hey, stranger..." dialogue they needed to have done either the DC main questline or the Coldharbour questline (or both). Those are the two questlines in the base game where Skordo appears. Characters which have done neither of those two questlines got the "That gutless High Elf..." dialogue.
I suppose the sure way to test this would be to make a new character, do one of the Skordo questlines, and see what "Roguzog" has got to say for himself then.
Or the devs could fess up. Like that's ever going to happen, LOL.

I believe (though it's been a while since I noticed this) that there was reference to a female relative of the orc in question. My best guess at the time (though I did not work to confirm this) was that it related to one of the quests in the Wrothgar zone, and you may not have met him himself, but a relative of his.
