DW/2H Stamplar constant visual glitch issue

I decided to try DW/2H on my main, a Stamplar, but when using that combination of weapons, it causes constant visual glitching where my current weapon appears beneath my feet. only Reloadui fixes it, and I have to do it every few minutes, it's getting real annoying. I'd hate to have to abandon this weapon combo, becuase I'm liking the playstyle a lot.
Playing your character the way your character should play is all that matters. Play as well as you can but never betray the character. Doing so would make playing an mmoRPG pointless.

This is a fairly widespread bug. I see it frequently on my DW/bow stamplar and on magicka toons as well.

The only workarounds that I know of are:

-toggle Hide Helmet under Collections > Appearance > Hat
-use Clutch (if you can use add-ons), which automates the above process on changing zones
-turn on Hide Polymorph Helmet in Settings

That last one you leave on, but of course if you want to use a polymorph with its helmet you’re back to using one of the first two methods. I didn’t know reloadui worked, but for me that takes much longer than toggling Hide Helmet.

Then turning on the setting for Hide Polymorph Helmet in Settings could be a useful workaround. Apparently it’s a reliable way to prevent the weapons underfoot bug, regardless of whether you own or use any polymorphs at all. You don’t need to toggle anything back and forth at all - just set the option to ON and leave it be. I have no idea why it works, but it does.
