Selling player homes

ZoS can we please sell homes i dont like having as many as i do. Just like in real life one might get tired of their home and want to sell it.
Can we have 50% of our crowns if we purchased it in crowns, with an option to take 75% of the gold resale value instead if you so desire to have that over 50% of the crowns value back.

if the home was purchased in gold please allow 75% of the gold to be returned when sold from the original gold value.

please my ocd is driving me crazy i want to remove homes off my list. thank you

The only way is, instead of returning you gold/crowns,, you are the one who have to pay for the demolition team.

I’d suppose it means that as long as we’re willing to spend even more money, rather than recouping some, ZOS would be happy to take it off our hands.

Eh.... it was on the CS a few months back. For MEGA crowns. I have it on one account, but mostly it's storage. I'd sell it to you if that was a thing - I have it on both NA and EU.

We should be able to list any of our houses for sale in Guild Traders

We should be able to deactivate a home so it is not in the list when we go to travel to one. That is the only option what will have a chance as Zos will not let us sell homes to other players or even trade them in on a new home.
